Are all of your products in stock?

No. We are trying to arrange that items be dispatched directly from our distributors directly to you to save time. We do try and keep at least one of everything in stock for our own use or to send out in case the distributor runs out.

The fact that you can place an order for an item does not indicate that it is in stock, however our website will warn you if we are out of stock.
If you have an urgent requirement, or wish to place a very large order you may wish to phone us to check up to date stock levels before ordering.
If the item is out of stock we will put the item on back order, and order it from our supplier for you.

 
Can I talk to someone about my order?

Yes you can, please call us on 01303 813530 Monday to Friday 9 -5. 
At times the line may be very busy, so please keep trying or leave a message on the BT callminder service.

 
Do you supply Pattern Parts?

Yes, but we we always state whether we are supplying pattern parts or original manufacturers parts.
Pattern parts are made by a third party but to the same specification as the original, and are often better.
In our experience they are nearly always cheaper than the originals.
Where we use pattern parts we have thoroughly tested them before adding them to our listings.

What are the delivery options?

As you follow through the order process you can choose the delivery method you prefer and will be given the price for each.
Orders need to be received by 09:30 to guarantee being processed and despatched. 
We do not process orders on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays. 
We cannot arrange for Saturday or Sunday deliveries, but deliveries to an alternative or work address are not a problem for us.

 
What types of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments from all major credit and debit cards via Sage Pay and PayPal who are companies that specialise in secure online payments.

We accept the following cards:

  • Visa, 
  • Mastercard,
  • Maestro, 
  • Visa Debit,
  • Visa Electron.

 

No special debit or credit cards are needed for any of our payment options.
