Delivery methods


There are several delivery options available.
For UK orders you can select;


1st class post
2nd class post
48 hour courier delivery UK mainland £6.50 + VAT
48 hour courier delivery for Wales and Scotland mainland £12.50 + VAT


Please note Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.


Courier delivery for Northern Ireland, IOM Isles of Scilly and the Scottish islands are by arrangement, call 01303 813530 for prices


For orders outside of the UK we can dispatch the order by the following methods;
Surface post (Allow 3 weeks for EU deliveries, and 8 weeks for USA and Canada)
or we can send your order by Air mail.


The appropriate charges will be added to your order during the checkout process,
and you will have the option to review these before completing your purchase.

Delivery times.


As you follow through the order process you can choose the method you prefer and will be given the price for each. Orders need to be received by 09:30 to guarantee being processed and despatched.
We do not process orders on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.
We cannot arrange for Saturday or Sunday deliveries, but deliveries to an alternative address are not a problem for us.
Also sometimes it may take an hour or two for your card payment to be processed and authorized.


Please note that our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.


European orders are generally received in under 10 days.
North American orders may take up to 8 weeks. We will email you to confirm receipt of your order. You will receive a further e-mail when your order has been dispatched.


Lost orders proceedure.
Apart from orders dipatched to North America most orders should be received with in seven days.
Any claims for lost orders must be submitted within 14 days of our sending an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched.
This enables us to be able tor track your order wherever possible, and raise a claim with the Courier or Royal Mail for compensation.

Back orders.


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will email you when the order is dispatched. In cases where items are out of stock at time of ordering, the delivery time requested will be from when we despatch the item not from time of ordering.

Shipping and handling charges.


Postage and packing charges are based on the weight and dispatch method.
You will be prompted to choose your dispatch method, and the appropriate charges will be calculated before your order is completed, you will then have the option to change the dispatch method if you choose to.
