Please note our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Non-mainland UK courier deliveries.
Courier delivery for Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, IOM, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish islands are made by arrangement only due to high delivery costs, please telephone 01303 813530 for prices
Non-UK orders are normally sent by airmail, as in our experience surface mail takes a long time and is not significantly cheaper.
The appropriate charges will be added to your order during the checkout process,
and you will have the option to review these before completing your purchase.
As you follow through the order process you can choose the method you prefer and will be given the price for each.
Same day dispatch.
Orders need to be received by 09:30 to guarantee being processed and despatched the same day.
Orders palced during Weekends.
We do not process orders on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.
We are unable arrange for Saturday or Sunday deliveries, as our couriers do not work during weekends.
Deliveries to alternative or work adresses.
Deliveries to an alternative address are not a problem for us.
Sometimes it may take an hour or two for your
card payment to be processed and authorized.
European delivery times.
European orders are generally received in under 10 days.
North American delivery times.
We normally upgrade deliveries for North America to E-mail.
North American orders may take from seven to fourteen days.
Confirmation of order and dispatch.
We will email you to confirm receipt of your order. You will receive a further e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Lost orders proceedure.
Apart from orders dipatched to North America most orders should be received with in seven days.
Any claims for lost orders must be submitted within 14 days of our sending an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched.
This enables us to be able tor track your order wherever possible, and raise a claim with the Courier or Royal Mail for compensation.
Orders for out of stock items.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Cancellation of back orders.
You will always be emailed with notification of the expected delivery time, and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Dispatch and delivery time.
We will email you when the order is dispatched. In cases where items are out of stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time requested will be from the time when we dispatch the item, not from time of placing your order.
