Consists of: a tranparent hardwearing plastic bowl, a silicone colander, and a silicone lid. Both bowl and colander have handles for easy handling.
Use to rinse and prepare, steam, store, and reheat.
Ideal for steaming a mixture of vegetables, meat or seafood, and pasta.
Just add lemon juice,or wine and herbs for flavouring.
Steaming preserves all the flavour, vitamins and texture of the food.

Maximum safe tempreature 150'c (290'F).
Not suitable for use with conventional ovens or hobs.
