Was a bit surprised with the size of the paint pot for the price of it.

Still awaiting proof of delivery from post office /royal mail.
I paid for signed delivery , item was pushed through letterbox .
Have asked for photograph of delivery ,description of recipient, etc got nothing.
How do i get recompense ?

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately you are unlikely to get any response from Royal Mail as they delivered your order. It was small enough that they could put it through the letter box so they did that rather than trying to redeliver at a time that they could get a signature. It may be worth visiting your local delivery office and complaining in person there about their abysmal service. When we or any of our customers complain we direct them to Ofcom where there is a proper complaints service to complain about Royal Mail.

Mixed views on the breadpan for the 17in1 eonbon breadmaker. Substitute replacement part rather than the original the bread machine came with (which I knew and is fine). On receipt felt that the ceramic coating is of especially good quality and better than the original breadpan which had chipped coating disappointingly quickly. However the metal part on the bottom of the pan does not slot properly into the bread maker, so it just but only just works, and I seriously considered sending it back.

Thank you for the feedback. The parts we sell are sold and supplied by Gastroback - suitable for their bread machines. We found some time back that there were several bread machines on the market that had no spare parts available but that those parts were the same as the Gastroback and those brands probably based on the Gastroback design, even maybe buying in parts from them in Germany. Several customers have used them successfully in their Eonbon, Andrew James and Homcom machines. Its unlucky that it isn't a perfect fit but I guess is a suitable compromise, the only alternative being to replace the whole machine. We are still unable to source parts for these other brands only Gastroback.

Product arrived and was as stated . The website was clear this was the correct part for my appliance , much better than other sites. Postage stamps had come adrift but when advised kitchewareonline promptly and without question refunded my costs. Very satisfied and Microwave is working perfectly again. Thank.You.

Thank you for the review. There is a misconception about royal mail delivery times. Long gone are the days of a fast efficient postal delivery service. Royal mail now overcharge for a slow and shoddy service. Unfortunately other carriers such as couriers charge a great deal more and as a small business we don't have the bargaining power to get lower costs by sending out the thousands of parcels a day that other - larger companies do.

Sorry that postage was a 'little pricey'. Do bear in mind though that you are paying for post and packing and although we do recycle packaging materials where we can it takes time and effort to pack and post the item. 2 days is actually outstanding for first class mail to arrive nowadays, usually only courier guarantees 24 or 48 hour delivery. Thank you for your order.

Exactly what I needed to restore life into my vacuum cleaner. Good quality parts and fitted perfectly. Good value and easy to order. I have marked Customer Service high although the process was problem free so didn't really need to contact the company as it was so easy.. My only niggle would be the cost of using Post Office for delivery and time it takes.

Inner packing was open at the ends so while cutting the Sellotape on this packing one class tube grill element slid out, fell on the floor and broke the glass :-(.
