We haven't passed your details onto anyone. The reviews are all done from within the shop back office program. By giving us a bad review and typing in capital letters as well you have in fact highlighted the review system, that it is monitored for the right reasons. There is no unsubscribe button because you haven't subscribed to anything, simply asked to review our products and service and actually - you didn't even need to do a review at all if you didn't want to. Thanks for your order.

Item, despite being the right part for the correct model breadmaker did not fit. Encouraging emails from MD however did not resolve problem. I can return but at my cost ... what do you do?

Badly packed items needed reinforcing,because of lack of proper packaging the goods arrived broken and totally useless.

Unfortunately the wrong part was sent, which did not fit my bread machine. A phone call to kitchenwareonline elicited an apology that a colleague had made an error. The part I need is not in stock at present. I am assured that when it comes in I will be contacted, and sent the correct part, together with postage stamps to enable me to return the incorrect part.

Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired: in response to my polite inquiry on the status of my order (my second, actually - the first you ignored) I received an email which begins:

"Please note that there is a worldwide pandemic in progress resulting in massive loss of life. The country and most of the world are on lockdown."

How dare you - I am part of it, and you know nothing of my circumstances!!!

Thank you for your feedback. A lot of our products are not in stock and our terms mention that if an item is urgent to check availabilty before ordering just in case parts are not already on their way from the manufacturers. We did send emails to keep you informed with the option to cancel at any point. Thanks for your purchase.

I'm afraid this was a total rip-off, a miniscule amount of paint, two of the cheapest possible children's paintbrushes and two 'lollipop sticks'. I paid over £9 for merchandise which I doubt cost more than 75p.

I ordered the glass turntable believing it was available only to find it was out of stock I was frustrated as when I ordered it it did not show out of stock only once I had ordered and paid for it. I don't believe this is acceptable very annoying had to wait until the stock was available. I would have ordered it from another supplier and received it quicker instead of having to wait for stock to be replenished.

Took 2 months to arrive even though they were made in England! No update from the supplier that a delay in delivery was expected.Cost was extortionate. At least the parts fitted. Shame on Panasonic for not offering them as a standard spare at least not one that is visible on their catalogue.

Thank you for your feedback. I hadn't noticed that after all that time the feet are made in UK ! Must be the only Panasonic part that is. Unfortunately we have only ever been able to get replacement feet from Panasonic, I have never found an alternate supplier. For this this reason we have had to wait for Panasonic to supply and pay their prices.

Very good customer service from Kitchenware, but the item, when it arrived, had been damaged and was unusable. The courier had not obtained a signature, so the damaged pack could not be rejected at delivery time.
Kitchenware responded immediately and have ordered a replacement part straight away.
The part is special order, so an additional delay while the part comes from Germany, again.
Overall, long delay to get this repair done, but Kitchenware have done their best to sort it promptly.

Ordered when indicated to be in stock on their website. Wrong! 4 - 6 day delay due to being out of stock though their website still showed in stock. No clear delivery date given though it did arrive quite soon after the delayed dispatch date.

I specifically searched for rubber feet, with a 3mm diameter hole, for a Panasonic Microwave. The website described them as 3mm but the actual hole diameter was closer to 3.6mm. They would fit a 4mm trivet snugly, but fall off the 3mm one.
Decided to pack out the ones supplied rather than go through the bother of a returns process. (Haven't decided how yet, but if it is a batch production fault a few tips as to the best way to pad out loose holes may help others).

These are not 3mm as advertised. I Ordered the smaller 3mm feet but although my rack legs are definitely 3mm the feet just fall off. I phoned Kitchenwareonline who offered a refund but cannot supply 3mm feet (as still advertised on their site). For the expensive price these are you expect them to at least fit! Very disappointed.

My order was very slow to arrive and when I contacted the company to enquire the man I spoke to seem very uninterested and unhelpful.
When the item did arrive it was as I had ordered and fits my breadmaker OK.

Thank you for your comments. The service you asked for was not trackable so I couldn't do any more than you in chasing its slow delivery by Royal Mail. They will not entertain slow or non delivery until 18 days has passed from the posting date. We had done everything we could for the order short of re sending it. The issue would be the service provided by Royal Mail. As it was the order arrive on the 3rd day instead of the estimated (but not guaranteed) 2nd day.

Sent this item back to suppliers cost me £8 as it states the accept returns. I am now being told postage is more value than purchased item so they are not refunding my postage.

Sorry. The item was low value and I suggested disposing of or dropping the item at a local charity rather than returning it. However by then you had already returned it. At a cost greater than its value. it wouldn't have been viable for you to send it as it wasn't viable for me to arrange collection.
