The parcel arrived late. It was not I ordered. I have to return it and I sent you an email asking the returning procedure and I have no answer from you.

It is the product you ordered. You ordered the wrong product. The description quite clearly says that this blade is NOT suitable for Andrew James breadmakers that are the 2 bladed machines. We know it wont fit. That's why the description clearly states that. We did reply to your email stating that and the return procedure. You need to return the incorrectly ordered parts back to us at the invoice address for a refund. I don't see how the parcel arrived late. You didn't order a tracked service that would have been time sensitive or tracked in any way. That too was your choice at checkout.

Thank you for your purchase. Sorry to hear that it hasn't arrived. I notice that you asked for Royal Mail postage as a delivery service. It may have been prudent to have chosen a reliable courier service. Royal Mail have been on strike 2 days a week since October, through the black Friday and now the Christmas busy periods. We have been told that Royal Mail are prioritising their deliveries in order of First class before second and parcels before letters, and that post sent by the 16th December should arrive before Christmas so hopefully it will arrive soon.

Royal Mail have been on strike for at least 2 days a week since September and will be for the foreseeable future. Your order was processed by us and handed over to Royal Mail but they of course have created a massive backlog with the Black Friday and now the Christmas rush. Maybe have a word with your postman and and see if he's one of those trying to hold the country to ransom.

Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order and couldn't get through. We have 2 numbers, both of which are working. You didn't choose a tracked option when you placed the order so we can't track that one but have just resent your order FREE of charge and have a Royal Mail tracking number that you can see when Royal Mail do attempt a delivery. The tracking number for this is 2E0013C5161. Perhaps, if you original order turns up you could write 'return to sender' and give it back to the postman or just refuse delivery. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Despite being the same brand - Sharp, the latches differ from model to model. Your model isn't listed in our description of that part. You have kindly let us know your model number so if you can return that latch we can send the correct latch for your specific model.

Apology accepted. The postcode is actually quite important and we don't learn and memorise each postcode in UK, we trust the customer to know and complete their own address details. We have now had your incorrectly addressed order returned by the post office as 'no such address' and have sent it out to your corrected address - FREE of charge. it should be with you shortly.

This is a poor quality product and is not a good replacement part for a Panasonic Breadmaker. The price is significantly less than a Panasonic original part .. you clearly get what you pay for in this instance.

If you have a stretched belt, stick with it. Simply put an elastic band around the larger black pully. This will essentially retention your belt and provide extended use.

This is a genuine spare part as are all of our bread machine spares. We only buy Panasonic spares direct from Panasonic as we are authorised service agents for Panasonic UK. You haven't elaborated about why it is a poor quality product but I suspect that you have made a hash of fitting it, damaging it in the process. Sometimes its better to just keep quiet rather than blaming the parts supplied and drawing attention to your own poor engineering skills. Most competent customers are quite happy with our products and prices.
