Exactly what I needed to restore life into my vacuum cleaner. Good quality parts and fitted perfectly. Good value and easy to order. I have marked Customer Service high although the process was problem free so didn't really need to contact the company as it was so easy.. My only niggle would be the cost of using Post Office for delivery and time it takes. .
