Sorry to hear that. I have checked the remaining stock which looks ok. These parts are genuine Panasonic so we will pass your feedback onto Panasonic UK. We have also ordered some more for stock. The part number has not changed so if the filter looks different upon arrival we can assume that Panasonic have had an issue which has been addressed. If everything is the same there wont be much we can do. Here in the workshop it simply slots into the machine so it isn't stressed and doesn't fail when we try. It may be worth referring to the user manual for correct installation of the part.
