Item ordered and have not received it and it was ordered on the 21st November and I paid 1st class postage. It is now 1st December and it has not arrived yet.

Royal Mail have been on strike for at least 2 days a week since September and will be for the foreseeable future. Your order was processed by us and handed over to Royal Mail but they of course have created a massive backlog with the Black Friday and now the Christmas rush. We have been told that Postmen have been asked to prioritise parcels and not letters. Your order was dispatched as a letter so will take longer still unfortunately.
