|Are all of your products in stock?||
We try to, but we do unfortunately run out from time to time. If we are out of stock of an item we will email you an estimated date of expected delivery. The fact that you can place an order for an item does not indicate that it is in stock. If you have an urgent requirement, or wish to place a very large order you may wish to call to check stock levels before ordering.

|Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?||
You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service.
|What types of payment do you accept?||
You have several ways to pay for your orders.
List here the various payment methods you accept, for example:

If you are able to collect your order from our shop we can also accept Cash or cards over the counter.
|When will my order be delivered?||
In order to achieve the following delivery times we must have received and processed your order by 09:30.
First Class is 24 hour delivery - next working day. Does not include weekends.
Second Class is 48 hour delivery - within 2 working days. Does not include weekends.
Courier Delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours but usually arrives next day. Does not include weekends.
