This is a genuine spare part as are all of our bread machine spares. We only buy Panasonic spares direct from Panasonic as we are authorised service agents for Panasonic UK. You haven't elaborated about why it is a poor quality product but I suspect that you have made a hash of fitting it, damaging it in the process. Sometimes its better to just keep quiet rather than blaming the parts supplied and drawing attention to your own poor engineering skills. Most competent customers are quite happy with our products and prices.

I just checked and the description lists all the models that it does fit. Perhaps more importantly, if you search for your model by number or category only this belt appears so it is quite easy for customers to find the correct part for their model. Thanks for the comment though.
