Extremely grateful for the speedy delivery and the customer friendly website. The only issue I had was that the photo did not correspond to the item and could not contact the company by phone(understandable in the current situation). As it turned out, I had received the correct spare part, just needed some clarification that it was suitable to my model of equipment and the manufacturer confirmed it.
