Efficient and personal service, exactly the item needed.

My elderly neighbour was trying to obtain some plastic clips for her 20+ year old Toshiba microwave/oven splash cover.
She had been told by Toshiba that the machine was no longer in production and no spares.
However using this company the clips were obtained and the problem fixed.
Great service from a really friendly gentleman and I received the goods the next day. Although it was only a small order the service, friendliness and efficiency was 100% excellent. Thank you.

Just what I needed. My built in 30 year old microwave is actually a Hotpoint, but these rivets did the trick perfectly - thank you!

Received quickly, unit fixed quickly, job done.

Just found the rivets difficult to fit and had to order another set as in the first set I did not get them in far enough before the claw expanded. This may be because I have a 32 year old machine.
