Returns.
In accordance with the consumer contracts regulation 2013, you may exercise your rights to cancel your order with us up to 7 days after the date of receipt of your order.
You will appreciate that although we offer free delivery to consumers, there is no such thing as free delivery and a small amount of the purchase price covers the delivery of the order. You will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the item (subject to our condition terms below) less the cost of our delivery to you.
However, you must inform us that you wish to exercise this right within 7 days of receipt of the goods by one of the following methods and you must return the item to us within 14 days.

Condition of returned goods.
You must return the goods new, unused and in the original packing so that the may be re-sold as new.
If we are not able to re-offer the goods as new we will not be able to refund the full amount paid.
The goods must be returned to us at the above address. Upon receipt of the goods we shall reimburse you accordingly.

Used or fitted items.
If we believe the goods have been fitted or used we reserve the right not to refund postage and packing costs, and to charge a re-stocking fee of  25% of the purchase price.

Special order items.
If the order is for a special item not usually stocked or listed on our website we will endeavour to supply the correct part but will not be responsible for supplying the incorrect part and will normally not accept a return.

Fuses.
We don't check every fuse with a test meter before we dispatch but do randomly check stock. In 30 years we have never received a failed fuse from a manufacturer. If you replace a blown fuse in your microwave whether it be mains or high voltage and it fails, it does not indicate a faulty fuse. Its failed because the underlying fault that caused it to go in the first place has not been addressed. Please do not expect us to replace a fuse that is 'faulty' because its blown.
