Shipping policy

Delivery options and charges.

Currently - all prices shown include free delivery except for microwave ovens and low power kits which will incur a charge shown at checkout. Delivery is chosen by us depending on which of our carriers provides the best - and cheapest method to get your order to you. We use Royal Mail, DPD and Fedex among others.

You can choose at checkout whether to upgrade that service by paying an extra £7. For this we will dispatch your order using the quickest method, which is usually courier next working day delivery.

For orders to the Republic of Ireland you must use the method that preselects a service for £23. This method is invariably courier who take responsibility for collecting any taxes and dues before delivery.

Tracking information will be emailed once shipped. Please ensure that any damages are reported within 3 days of delivery and if you haven't received your order within 7 days please contact us as the courier companies will not entertain any claims for missing goods after 7 days of the reported delivery date.

VAT on delivery charges.

NB: To comply with current UK tax regulations VAT at the current rate will be added to the shipping and handling charges.
