The item I ordered was quite delicate and the way it was packed had no reinforcement to stop it cracking and bending.When it arrived one of the pack of two was broken In half and the other one was badly creased making it useless
So not impressed at all and a waste of money

We send ALL of our waveguide covers out in a cardboard backed envelope with 'do not bend' clearly printed on the front in red ink. This is the first instance in a very long time where it had been damaged. Not a fault with our packing but more an issue with overpaid underperforming royal mail.
We would have quite happily sent a replacement but didn't hear anything from you about it until you did this review.
