In accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you may exercise your rights to cancel your order with us up to seven days after the date of receipt of your order.
You will be entitled to a full refund of the monies paid including carriage charges paid to us. However, you must inform us that you wish to exercise this right within 7 days of receipt of the goods by one of the following methods:

Terms and conditions for returns:
You must return the goods in a serviceable and re-saleable condition to us at the above address at your own expense.
We will not reimburse you for this. 
Spare parts must not have been fitted and there should be no witness marks to that effect.
If the part looks 'used' or as though it has been fitted we reserve the right to charge 25% 'restocking fee' as the item can no longer be sold as new.
They should be returned in the original inner packaging.
Upon receipt of returned goods we shall reimburse the original amount amount debited for the order.
You must include the original invoice to us with the goods so that we can issue a refund.
